The COMFORTABLE + Insect Protection Lamp puts an end to the nuisance of flying insects such as flies, mosquitoes, and moths indoors. This method of insect control works entirely without the use of poisons or chemicals. The protection lamp is available in two versions, each equipped with two UV lamps. The 8-watt model protects areas of up to 40 m², while the 20-watt model covers indoor spaces of up to 100 m². Insects are attracted by the non-toxic blue UVA light and are then instantly eliminated by a short electric shock. They subsequently fall into the collection tray, which can be emptied and cleaned easily. Always unplug the device before cleaning.
Safe to Use
No chemicals are required to attract and eliminate insects. The lamp operates solely with UVA light and is ready for use as soon as it is connected to a power source. The protection lamp emits UVA light that is harmless to humans and pets. The electrically charged grid is protected by a durable aluminum housing, preventing accidental contact. The UV tubes are replaceable, ensuring a long product lifespan. Original Windhager replacement lamps are also available separately.

The Flying Insect Protection Lamp is intended for indoor use only, helping to prevent the accidental elimination of beneficial insects such as bees and butterflies. The best trapping results are achieved in dark conditions. Therefore, place or hang the lamp at nightfall or in a dimly lit location.
