Mulch film Greenline

  • LESS WEED - Mulch film reduces the germination of weeds in the flowerbed
  • LESS CHEMICALS - Since the mulch film ensures that fewer weeds grow in the flowerbed by reducing the incidence of light, you can confidently avoid the use of herbicides and enjoy healthy vegetables!
  • MORE GROWTH - The film keeps the soil warm and moist, promoting the even, rapid growth of your plants
  • MORE SUSTAINABILITY - The Windhager is compostable (in the green composting plant!)
  • SIMPLE APPLICATION - Put the foil on the flowerbed, cut into the desired places and let the plants protrude through the cover. Weigh down the sides - done!

One film - three-fold effect

No more germination! The mulch film reduces the growth of weeds in flowerbeds and fields. In this way the use of chemical agents for weed control can be reduced / avoided.
Ensures an even growth! By being covered, the soil remains looser and moist and the temperature more stable - so the plants grow nice and evenly and can ripen earlier.
Contributes to sustainable cultivation! The mulch film can be composted in a green composting plant. Despite this composting ability, the films are stable enough to withstand wind and weather for a gardening season.

Tips & tricks for use

The best time: in spring, when preparing the cuttings. The foil is placed directly on the soil of the flowerbed and cut where the plants are. The pre-sprouted plants look through the cover, while unwanted plants are deprived of the light by the black colour of the film and their growth is inhibited as a result.
Once the film has been positioned, the edges should ideally be secured all around with pegs, stones or soil so that it does not slip or fly away in the wind and because of the weather.
Thanks to the holes, the foil can of course stay on the flowerbed when watering!
