Invite squirrels to your garden
Windhager’s squirrel feeder is the ideal dinner table for the furry creatures and allows you to observe squirrels in your own garden. These curious animals don’t have to be invited twice and will readily help themselves. Its light cover can be lifted easily for the little rodents to reach their treats.
The food should be varied and contain hazel- or walnuts, sunflower seeds, seeds, berries, oaks or chestnuts, among others. A built-in sight glass allows you to check its fill level at all times.
An ideal feeding station
Except in mating season, squirrels are solitary animals which is why it is recommended to offer food in more than one location. Peaceful spots protected from cats are ideal.
